Refund policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, boxes, and accessories must be included
  • A valid invoice or order confirmation is required

How Returns Work

You can return your order in two ways:

1. In-Store Return
Bring the item to one of our locations with the original packaging and invoice.

2. Online Return Request
Submit a return request directly through your account:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to My Account → Orders
  • Select the order and click Request Return
  • Choose the item(s), reason, and quantity
  • Select your preferred refund method
  • Print the return label and attach it to the package

Our team will arrange pickup once the request is approved.


Important Conditions

  • Any free items or gifts included with your order must also be returned
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may be rejected
  • We are not responsible for damage caused while the item is in your possession
  • Returns from different countries or third-party purchases are not accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately.

Once verified, we will:

  • Offer a replacement or refund
  • Guide you through the return process

The item must still be returned in the condition received.


Exchanges

To exchange an item: Return the original item and collection the new item.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued to:

  • The original payment method, or
  • A store credit / eGift card, where applicable

Bank Policy

  • Orders paid via Bank are Refunded back to an eGift card
  • eGift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Cash on Delivery returns may be refunded via store credit (eGift card)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled:

  • Within 1 hour of placing the order
  • By contacting us via WhatsApp during working hours

After this window, the order is processed and can only be handled through the return process.
